By using the Naja Fragrances website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products on this website. If you are under 18, you must provide written permission from a parent or guardian to make a purchase.
Term
These terms remain in effect while you use this website. Naja Fragrances may terminate your access if you breach these terms, by notifying you in writing at the email address you provided. Terminated accounts are not entitled to a refund of amounts already paid.
Ownership, Copyright, and Trademark Notices
Name trademarks and copyrights are the property of their respective manufacturers and/or designers. Naja Fragrances has no affiliation with these manufacturers or designers. Our interpretation of these fragrances was created through chemical analysis and reproduction, for the purpose of giving customers an idea of scent character – not to mislead or infringe on any trademark.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written consent.
Access and Use
You're granted a limited license to access this site for personal use only. You may not use this site or its contents for resale, commercial use, data mining, or any collection of product listings, descriptions, or prices. Unauthorized use may result in termination of your access.
Purchases of Products
We aim to describe our products accurately, but we don't warrant that all content on this site is complete or error-free. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information – even after your card has been charged, in which case we'll issue an immediate credit.
Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted once it ships. Title to goods passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Purchases of Products
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and money orders. Applicable sales tax is automatically charged for orders shipped to states or localities where required.
Shipping
Orders ship via UPS, and occasionally USPS, from our fulfillment centers. We offer free shipping on retail orders of $50 or more for Inner Circle members only, with some exclusions.

We ship only to the United States, its territories, and Military boxes.
Coupons and Promotions
Only one coupon or promo code is allowed per order for standard users. Free shipping is considered a special offer and cannot be combined with other coupons. Inner Circle members receive some exceptions to these restrictions.
Inner Circle Membership
Inner Circle Members (also known as Club Members or Discount Club Members) pay an annual fee for premium benefits, including a discount on all purchases, free shipping on qualifying orders, occasional free samples, and priority notification on new products. Membership also unlocks participation in our Milestone Program and lasts for one year.
Take Five Referral Program
Our referral program allows customers (“Recommenders”) to share a personalized link with friends. When a friend makes their first qualifying purchase using that link, both the friend and the Recommender earn a reward. Rewards are distributed via email after the purchase is completed and approved. A Recommender may not refer themselves, and rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes.
Milestone Discount Program
The Milestone Program is available to eligible customers, based on total qualifying spend (excluding tax and shipping). Reaching a milestone unlocks a discount code – using it resets your progress toward the next milestone, while not using it lets your progress continue accumulating. Reaching the highest milestone unlocks a free one-year Inner Circle membership, after which you’re automatically re-enrolled in the program.
Order Changes
Once submitted, orders cannot be changed, added to, or canceled by the customer. If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you to arrange a replacement. Most orders are processed within 72 hours.
Returns
All purchases of customized products are final. We do not offer credits, refunds, or exchanges on customized items due to their personalized nature. If an error occurs on our part, we will correct it.
Reporting Errors or Damage
Report any order errors or shortages within 48 hours of your order confirmation. Report freight damage within 24 hours of delivery, to both the carrier and Naja Fragrances. Claims made after these windows cannot be honored.
We do not accept C.O.D. orders. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price in effect at time of shipment applies.
Warranty Disclaimer
All information, products, and services on this site are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
Naja Fragrances is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of this website. If liability is found, it will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Mercer County, New Jersey, or the Federal District Court in Trenton, New Jersey.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on this site without authorization, please contact us with a signed statement describing the material, its location on our site, and your contact information.
